Why Buy And Sell With Clay & Mel?

My husband and I
moved to Hot Spring knowing nothing about the area, visited many Realtors
only to be given stacks of computer copies of property to go check out and
then to get back with them.
Then we met Clay and
Melanie, we were interested in a lot they had advertised and when we showed
up to enquire they did not print us out stacks of copies of property or tell
us which direction to go. They loaded up the car and away we went.
They showed us property after property, never tiring of our endless
questioning or our wanting to see something we thought we might like.
They were wonderful,
walked over property with us, drove here, drove there and checked on this
and checked on that. Not only did they serve our needs but have
continued to be faithful friends.
It did not take us
long to realize that the Herrmanns were an honest genuinely concerned and
caring couple with lots of integrity. They helped us, directed us and
guided us through our choices and stayed with us through the end and have
continued to remain at our side.
They are a loving,
giving, gentle Christian couple and have become two of our dearest friends.
